Happy 14th Birthday Alex!

Emily and mommy are awaiting their turn to visit Santa. He came to visit at the Howells.

Emily was afraid of Santa. It must be a girl thing because I don't have any pictures of boys crying while sitting on Santa's lap. Maybe because Grandpa Devinger has always played Santa. Maybe next year we will try again.

Brandon & Ryan really like Emily's toy push car. She is showing them what is under the hood and how it works so they can take her for a ride.
Uncle Ben and Aunt Sherie & Elliot gave Emily the Rose Petal Cottage...it is soo cute. Uncle Ben put it together right after the party at home and Emily plays in there everyday and when Seanie misses Emily he sleeps on the floor of the cottage. It is sooo cute. Elliot & Emily were playing in there and I should have taken a picture because Elliot was coming out the door/refrige and her head was stuck...there are magnets in there and they caught Elliot's barretts. Sherie and I laughed and then realizes she really was stuck as Emily was trying to push her out of the way.

Dec. 1st, 2007 Birthday Party...getting ready
We had the party at the community room. We invited 50 guests and 29 responded and came and 6 did not respond, but showed up anyway...always happens right? Grandma Linda made the giant cupcakes. They were really cute! Even Emily enjoyed them without making too much of a mess on her cute dress.

Happy 1st Birthday Emily with your first haircut and... 1st Cupcake...what a big girl!!

Peanut does not like hats. So her new gloves prevent her from taking off her hat. She was not happy with me. But aren't they cute...and who can resist her?

Stats: 14.4 pounds; 26 inches long (5% under scale but growing and developing on schedule)

Today we started our whole milk and we are going to get rid of the bottle. She really isn't attached to it. But as I was getting ready to head out to the build a bear store she fell asleep in the car seat. She is very peaceful and cute on her 1st birthday. She was up at 5am and ready to go for the day. She even went to bed 2 hours late last night. Today we are going to the toy store to pick out some awesome toys and then a new dress for her birthday party on Saturday.

Happy Thanksgiving...Emily is SOOOO BIGGGG.... Yeahhhh... this is patty cake....

Happy Halloween...Pumpkin Carving and Trick or Treating for the boys and for Emily, throwing up her guts all over her catepillar costume especially when she saw Grandpa Denny.

We went around the square in Woodstock and then to our old subdivision on Burbank Ave and around Aunt Patti and Uncle Dave's to visit Susie Bocian and Mandy the Longeberger basket lady.

Emily's 1st day at Swimming lessons! Seanie was a big help! This is also Riley and her mom, Nicole's first day too.

Emily received some ducky slippers and they were sooo cute that she wouldn't look at the camera because she kept looking at her feet and wondering why these ducks were following her around the house.

We noticed that Miss Elliot had one upper tooth! So we wanted to share what Emily has been working on...4 upper teeth at once! She was laughing until the flash went off and made her squint in this picture.

Rebekkah and Grandpa Nellons blow out the candles on the Dora birthday cake! She was really shy...the cake was good...chocolate & yellow with Strawberries in the middle.

Sean and Emily enjoy their ride on the boat while teaching Uncle Robby to water ski. Uncle Robby brought Seanie home from FL. Robby's girlfriend Nikki came to visit also.
Emily is hanging out on the beach waiting for Uncle Robby and Nikki to get done with their wave runner rides. Robby and Nikki live in FL and do not participate in watersports until they come to IL.

Emily rolled over several times this day. She is going to be on go from now on. Emily started to crawl backwards today....
